Founded during the Arma 2 era with thousands of completed deployments, Black Berets is a tight-knit, highly active Milsim unit operating primarily in Arma 3 (alongside Arma Reforger, with eyes on Arma 4). We balance immersive military procedures with the practicalities of gaming, a philosophy called "Realism Where It Matters" (RWIM). We adapt real-world tactics to enhance gameplay, but we never blindly imitate them at the expense of fun and operational flow.
We don't lock you into static roles or rigid fireteams. You are empowered to choose different roles and teams each deployment based on your competencies and interests.
